I'M TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT I GET ERROR MESSAGES.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
As an extra layer of security to protect card holders, the billing address
you enter on your order must exactly match the billing address for your credit card.
If it does not match exactly, the transaction will be declined.
If your billing address is correct, and you're still getting error messages,
make sure your Zip Code is just the 5-digit code.
If that doesn’t work, try another credit card.
CALCULATING SHIPPING CHARGES
To view shipping charges:
--- Add items to the cart.
--- Go to checkout.
--- USA: Enter your Zip Code. Click CONTINUE.

--- INTERNATIONAL: Choose your country. Click CONTINUE.

GENERAL
Packages are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
We do not mail packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
You will automatically receive an email when your package is shipped.
If your package was shipped Priority Mail, this email will have the tracking number.
Small orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail (for example: Postcards,
Bandanas, Laminated Resupply Lists).
USPS First Class mail does not have tracking.
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail shipments including tracking.
We do not ship overnight, FedEx, or UPS.
We ship to the address you provide. Some electronic devices will
auto-fill addresses, and it’s common for the auto-fill to return an
incorrect address. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have
provided us with your correct mailing address.
Once your package has been delivered to the USPS, it is out of our control.
Mail carriers often leave packages on the front porch or in front of an
apartment door. Yogi’s Books takes no responsibility for packages lost
in transit, shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or
stolen from your porch or apartment door.
US SHIPMENTS
The USPS states that USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery time.
Often the actual delivery time is twice the estimated delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The USPS states that USPS International Priority Mail usually takes 6-10 business days.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery time.
Often the actual delivery time is twice the estimated delivery time.
Sometimes international shipments take three or more months to arrive.
Packages occasionally get caught up in Customs. We have no control over this.
Yogi’s Books takes no responsibility for lost international shipments;
we do not offer refunds for international shipments which are lost in transit.
Postage to non-US addresses is expensive.
USPS International Priority Mail is the least expensive TRACKABLE mailing method available.
